Questions, Answered Honestly

Everything customers ask us before ordering — prices, timing, warranty and more.

The essentials

How much do blinds cost in Malaysia?+

Our custom-made blinds start from RM 9 per square foot (vertical blinds) — roller blinds from RM 10, zebra blinds from RM 11, outdoor wooden blinds from RM 13, and premium zip blinds from RM 55 per square foot. Every product page shows its starting price, there's no minimum order, and we price-match any verified competitor quote.

Is the measurement visit really free?+

Yes — completely free with no obligation, anywhere in West Malaysia. Our specialist measures every window precisely and brings the full fabric sample books so you can see real materials in your own home before deciding anything.

How long does it take from order to installation?+

Blinds are custom-made in Malaysia in about 7 working days after your order is confirmed; custom-sewn curtains take about 14 working days. Installation itself is usually completed within a morning by our own installers.

What warranty do I get?+

All blinds carry a 1-year warranty, and motorised systems carry a 5-year motor warranty. We've been operating since 2013 — we're still around to honour it.

Which areas do you cover?+

All of West Malaysia. Most of our installations are in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the wider Klang Valley, but our team travels throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Can my blinds be motorised?+

Yes — roller, dual roller, zebra and outdoor blinds can all be motorised with remote control, from RM 800 per blind, covered by a 5-year motor warranty. See our motorised blinds page for details.

How do I get an exact price?+

WhatsApp us with your window sizes (or just photos) for a quick estimate, or book the free measurement visit for an exact itemised quotation. The final quote is always based on our own measurement, so you're never responsible for measuring errors.
